Glendale Custome Hardscape, Landscape, and Water feature Project

We transformed this backyard in Glendale, CA, into a stunning and functional outdoor space. The project focused on developing a harmonious landscape design that centered around a tranquil water feature and integrated seating area. Our objective was to enhance the backyard's natural beauty while providing a serene environment for relaxation and entertainment.

During the initial phases, we carefully assessed the terrain, which involved some leveling and clearing. This process ensured we had the necessary foundation for the hardscape elements and planters that were to be incorporated. The key feature, a geometric pond with a cascading water spout, was meticulously installed at the center, providing soothing sounds and a focal point for gatherings.

Introducing native plant species was crucial to our landscaping strategy, resulting in a lush, sustainable garden that reduced water usage—perfect for the Glendale climate. Raised planters along the border complemented the bamboo backdrop, creating a layered look that enriches the sense of privacy and tranquility.
