Parking Lot Greenery Installation

At Alma Gardening, we tackled an exciting project in Santa Monica that involved transforming a simple parking lot into a more visually pleasing space with thoughtful greenery. Situated at a bustling office space, this parking lot was in need of a little refreshing touch, and we took up the task enthusiastically.

Our primary objective was to soften the stark and industrial appearance of the space. We strategically installed new plants and climbing vines along the perimeter of the lot. The green mesh of vines not only provides an appealing contrast against the concrete and metal surroundings but also introduces a layer of natural ambiance. As these vines grow and climb, they create a living wall that contributes to a more welcoming and breathable environment.

One unique aspect of this project was dealing with the limited space between the fence and the parked vehicles. We carefully planned the arrangement to ensure that the plants would have enough room to thrive without interfering with daily traffic. Moreover, we made sure to choose plants that will thrive in the local climate and require minimal maintenance, ensuring sustainable beauty for years to come.

The subtle yet impactful addition we made has already started to reshape the overall feel of the parking area.
